TRACK RULES FOR 2004

1. Gates open at 5:30pm the day of the event.

2. Pit area is open to anyone who is with a race team. HOT PIT AREA is restricted to Drivers and 1 pitcrew person ONLY. Pitcrew person must be 18yrs old or older. NO EXCEPTIONS, DRIVER AND PITCREW WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

3. No Kart is allowed to be driven in pit area. ALL Karts must be pushed to Hot Pit area. NO EXCEPTIONS, DRIVER AND PITCREW WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

4. No Karts are allowed on the ½ mile oval track. NO EXCEPTIONS, DRIVERS AND PITCREW WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

5. No alcohol is allowed on the grounds.

6. All pets must be on leashes at all times. You are responsible for your pet and it’s actions.

7. No campfires on grounds.

8. No disposal of waste oil or fuel anywhere on grounds.

9. No vendors or sales of any type are allowed in pit area. Specified areas are available upon approval by a Race Official.

10. All protests must be in writing as stated in the Burris National Speedway Series Rulebook section 6 6.1.

11. All Burris National Speedway Series and Bay Racing Inc. amended rules apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

12. WE REQUEST THAT NO FOUL OR PROFANE LANUAGE IS USED. ANYFOUL OR PROFANE LANUAGE DIRECTED AT A BAY RACING EMPLOYEE OR RACE OFFICIAL WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.
